PSI311 Professional Superyacht Interior Training

To provide students with a full appreciation of the superyacht industry environment including required attitudes, etiquette, food hygiene, food service, beverage skills, host responsibilities and stewardship. This element of the programme will give students a broad background in table and wine service, food safety, and effective communication skills.
